We had one night stay for our flight the following day. I was unwell after touch down from the airport. Reached hotel safely ask for panadol from the reception which luckily they have. Go for a quick shower while waiting for our grab food. Slept till next day. Lucky my body felt better abit to get breakfast and we walk around Ben Thanh market before back to the hotel for our flight back home. Overall stay was good even just a short ones. The hotel were super clean, toilet clean (a must) looks new I guess. Definitely will go back there again for our next stay but longer. Thanks again!

A perfect location, truly central. Very close to all amenities and restaurants! Free 24/7 self-service laundry with detergent provided for guests. Lovely staff, especially QUIN, whom I thank for her smiles, kindness, attentiveness, and availability. This is my second stay. I will gladly return here next time! Felt the warmth in Vietnam. I accidentally lost my wallet. While we couldn't communicate due to the language barrier, four hotel staff members helped me find my wallet. They comforted me not to worry, immediately helped me check the surveillance footage, contact the driver who took me, and even rode to retrieve my wallet for me. It took up a lot of the hotel staff's time, but no one complained. They patiently helped me solve the problem, and I felt like I gained many friends. I believe a hotel with such staff must be excellent provides smiling service, which has greatly improved my impression of Vietnam !! The hotel is located in the city center. Although there's a place downstairs that's like a wet market, it's not chaotic or noisy. The security guard at the entrance helps us with our luggage. The service is
great! The hotel is very clean! Because of this special experience, I will recommend this hotel to everyone. I also hope the owner can reward these employees. It's a pity I don't know their names In short! Thank you all !! You are all great people !!

Had a pleasant stay at The Concept Hotel overall. The hotel delivers on most fronts with good service, clean facilities, and a convenient location. The only downside was that our room felt quite compact - definitely on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably with luggage and belongings. If you're travelling light or don't plan to spend much time in the room, this won't be a major issue. Despite the space constraints, everything else about the experience was solid. The staff were helpful, the amenities were well-maintained, and the overall value was reasonable for what you get. Would recommend for travellers who prioritise location and service over room size. Just be prepared for cosy accommodations!

This hotel was beyond accommodating. The facility has all you need and is conveniently located next to multiple convenient stores, cafes, and restaurants. Quincy, the staff member was so very kind and helpful to us. The security out front was also very kind and helped us with luggage. I would love to stay again when I return!

From check-in to check-out, we've had nothing but the best experience. We felt welcomed, relaxed, and safe throughout our whole stay in HCMC thanks to our hotel. The location is great too - close to Tao Dan Park, the War RemnantsMuseum so it's perfect for tourists like me. Loved that it had a gym and a laundry area too

Recently, I stayed at PureJoy Hotel right in the city center of Phu Quoc, and it was really good, so I’m sharing this review for anyone who needs it. The convenience here is great: there’s a dedicated laundry room, so after swimming you can toss your clothes in and they’ll be dry in no time. For those who love working out, there’s also a gym. Plus, a swimming pool is available. Overall, the rooms are clean, the staff are enthusiastic, and the price is reasonable for a night in the city center where everything is within easy reach.
